Glenview State Bank: Teleservicing Ad
CHALLENGE
Glenview State Bank wanted to promote its unique approach to inquiries—its
teleservicing department—which consists of real, live people ready to answer customers' questions.
SOLUTION
A mark was created for the teleservicing department so that it could be used
throughout all of GSB's materials. In addition, we created an ad focusing on the individuals that make up the teleservicing department.
RESULTS
The honest, personal ad enhanced GSB's reputation for being not only accessible, but ready to help their customers.
